The website made it seem like this would fit my vehicle, so I was a bit confused when I tried to install it and the fitment was still off. It wasn’t a huge amount, but definitely not quite right

The box showed up beat up, and there wasn’t much padding inside at all. The parts were rattling around, which didn’t exactly inspire confidence. Reading between the lines, it felt like the order was just packed in a hurry without much care. For the price, I expected better, so opening it up like that was definitely frustrating

I had a hard time getting clear answers from tech support. It took a few days to hear back, and when they finally replied, it felt kind of rushed. The parts themselves are fine, but dealing with the support side left me feeling mentally drained.

These parts gave me a good feeling right out of the box. They felt sturdy, looked well-made, and didn’t have that cheap flimsy vibe some replacements do. The fit on my car was spot on, though the install took a bit of patience. Overall, my gut says these are good quality parts, and I don’t have any complaints

I had placed an order and, while I was checking my email during lunch like I usually do, I realized I needed to ask a simple question about it. I sent a message expecting a basic answer, but it took much longer than I thought it should have to hear back.
